It is fundamental right of every human to remain healthy and for healthy living one has to adopt healthy food choices and healthy menus in his day to day routine diet.
Healthy living can only be possible if one remains regular in his life by doing regular Exercise, Yoga, and & healthy menus in his food diet. Healthy living is by way of healthy mind and physic health both. A healthy mind & body makes a man completely HEALTHY. There are several schools of thoughts to keep the life Healthy. Some are giving stress on meditation and some, on healthy menus of food, some on regular routine life etc & so on. One most important aspect is food habit. Our taste buds, Tongue, require dainty food and rejects plain food. But Healthy food choices and a minor change in your food habit will certainly change our life which will ultimately affect a healthy living. There are several life styles and food chains companies, these days mushroomed in the market, and they are selling their products in different price ranges also.

If one makes his food habits changed as prescribed by the Doctor and adopts by nature, it becomes healthy food choice. And when healthy food choices has been adopted by the system it ultimately gives healthy living. Healthy living means life free from diseases, ailments and appearance is good looking. If Nature is considered in jungle animals, their natural life is healthier. It is because for their survival they have to have adequate physical exercise. This portion of exercise is lacking in the present life system. This is the reason that people who are close to the nature and natural life they are healthier, without any extra support even.

Healthy menus may differ from person to person. But a normal healthy menus means to take easily digestible food in low frequency. In this process of adopting healthy food , it is also said that Non Vegetarian food, though tasty but not comes under healthy food choices. It is mainly because its digestion process in human body is comparatively long. Means it takes more time to complete its digestion process and ready to become part of energy. Contrary to it, for all the Carnivores Animals meat is their healthy food choices and essential for their healthy living.
